Hi, I'm Kaitlyn!

I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more. 

  • About Me

    For as long as I can remember, I've been around housing. My family owns and operates Huelskamp Luxury Homes, a small local business that specializes in crafting high-quality homes with custom features at a spec home price point. 


    After receiving my Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, I was able to spend a few years practicing commercial litigation at a great law firm in OKC. Eventually, my heart knew where home was - working in real estate. So, I got my real estate license in July 2023, and I've hit the ground running.


    Since becoming a real estate agent, I've assisted with over $12,000,000.00 in transactions. I have helped many customers purchase new construction homes by Huelskamp Homes in both NW OKC and Edmond. Additionally, I've had great success listing and selling existing homes for my sellers in a timely fashion. I also have experience assisting buyers navigate the homebuyer market both for the first time and for the umpteenth time.


    When I'm not working, I spend my time being active - catch me in the gym or chasing around my daughter with my husband and dog. And, count me in for your next game of Mahjong!

    As the Sales Director at Huelskamp Luxury Homes, I have the inside scoop on new construction homes being offered in Wiregrass at Oak Tree in Edmond and the Villas at Cobblestone Curve in NW OKC!


    Wiregrass at Oak Tree is located on the west side of the prestigious Oak Tree neighborhood in North Edmond off Sorghum Mill and Kelly Avenue. In addition to lovely courtyard lots, Wiregrass boasts golf course lots that back to Oak Tree's West Course. Homes range from 2500 sq ft to over 5000 sq ft, with pricing beginning at $699,000.


    The Villas at Cobblestone Curve is located in NW OKC off of the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Council Road, near the Paycom office building. Putnam City school district lets residences take advantage of lower property tax rates than neighboring Deer Creek properties. Homes in the Villas start around 2300 sq ft and go up to about 3600 sq ft, with prices ranging from $499,000 to $799,000.
